Cup Product Analysis
Aesthetics: The overall design looks summery and colourful. To take inspiration from this, we could use lemon slices on the cup and a mint leave to decorate the cup. We should also make sure that the drink looks colourful by using colourful fruits to make syrups or by adding colouring.
Cost: In total, it would cost around 50p to make but could be sold for around 1.50-2 pounds, which makes a pretty good profit. The raspberries cost around 2 pounds per box but makes for at least 10, so it costs 20p, the mint costs around 50p but 10 p per cup, A single cup would cost around 10p, a single straw costs 2p plus some extras.
Costumer: I would be sold at ICS so the target market are teachers and students. I think that they would like this product because it is colourful and looks refreshing and photogenic.
Environment: This drink uses glass cups, which although good for the environment, would not be suitable for the school environment. Because of this we would have to use plastic cups.
Size: The size is around 200-300ml. This is a good size because people would have time to drink it in 15 minutes while still being satisfied by it. It also is a good size for different people with different hand sizes to be able to hold it.
Function: The function is to make people want to buy it. It looks aesthetically pleasing and refreshing, which is what people would look for in a drink.
