Originating from the never ending summers of Latin America with its tasteful food available food just around the corner, to coming to cloudy London left me in a constant nostalgia of the traditional food that I was so very used to. My partner, also descending from Latin America but having lived in Spain, can also relate to what is the feeling of sudden urges to have something we can associate to warm, bright weather. This is why we decided to bring the Latin summer to you! Even though we can’t bring the weather, we can bring the food that goes with it.
