We just love summer!
Originating from the never ending summers of Latin America with its tasteful food available food just around the corner, to coming to cloudy London left me in a constant nostalgia of the traditional food that I was so very used to. My partner, also descending from Latin America but having lived in Spain, can also relate to what is the feeling of sudden urges to have something we can associate to warm, bright weather. This is why we decided to bring the Latin summer to you! Even though we can’t bring the weather, we can bring the food that goes with it. At Latin ICSummer, you will be able to find drinks, food and desserts that are people’s favourite during summer in Latin America.

About Us
We are Paula & Maise and this term we will be bringing the much awaited summer to you; as close as we can, at least. When we think of summer, we think about the beach, relaxation and the food. We are fanatics of food, especially during summer.
One of the many popular places to which people go to when they need a little escape for summer tends to be Latin-America. From places such as Mexico, Honduras, Colombia, Argentina and many more, the best beaches, drinks, food and fun can be found. Luckily, we know all about it. Paula comes from Guatemala and Maise comes from Argentina, giving us the perfect mixture of northern and southern Latin America.
